Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days after the purchase have gone through, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the costs of return will be deducted from your refund.
If you ship an item more than 75 euros, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
